The following information are the terms and conditions in relation to our website.

We are not responsible for any and all activities that occur under your personal Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or any breach of security that may occur.

CONDUCT
You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmission through the website.

ORDERS
You are most welcome purchase online or to phone through orders and collect them from stores should you choose.

PRICING AND POSTAGE
Our pricing is exclusive of packing, postage and delivery. You will have an opportunity at each purchase stage to assess the costs and before your order goes through you will be advised of the total cost (inclusive of postage & packaging)
You will be requested to choose your preferred method of delivery (home delivery or collect instore at The Book Centre, Waterford) at checkout.
Please note that should you be purchasing from outside of Ireland your postage may be more than indicated. Should this be the case, one of our staff will contact you and advise you before progressing the order further.

PAYMENT
Should you order online, payment will be required in the form of Realex Payments, using a debit card or credit card (Visa, Laser, Master). This will also apply if you chose to phone your order through.

DELIVERY
Costs of Delivery: are indicated as follows
Orders greater than 250 euro : FREE
Orders up to 30 euro : 3.25 euro
Orders from 31 euro to 250 euro : 6.50 euro
Collection at our Stores : FREE


Our aim is to dispatch your order by close of business on the day that you placed your order. You should receive your order within three to five working days throughout the island of Ireland. If you are ordering from further a field, please allow for a period of fourteen days. Your delivery may take longer during peak mail periods (Back to school and Christmas.) However products are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside our control. Therefore dates specified are approximate only.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should you be unsatisfied with the contents of your order please contact us or fill in our returns form online.
If it so happens that a book may change or you purchase the incorrect book, we will happily change or refund that book(s) for you.
Please note : We only accept books that are not damaged and in its original packaging.

LOSS OR DAMAGES
We cannot be held responsible in any way in case of damage or loss after carried out delivery to the clients.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We will advise customers through email should one of our products be out of stock when you place the order. We will place this item on back-order and confirm delivery with you via email.
If you wish to make a complaint please contact us on email or by phone.
